Day of the Event Coordination listed below:

A two-hour in-person consultation will be held to review your wedding details and contracts.
Availability to our wedding day coordinators for advice via telephone or email.
Creation of a wedding timeline, detailed checklists, and contact sheets.
Walk through the reception site with the coordinator, venue representative, and bride and groom.
Confirm details with each vendor or service provider the week of the wedding.
Coordinate or assist in ceremony rehearsal.
Wedding Day ‘check-in’ calls to bride and groom.

Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception.
Assist with appropriate timing of various elements essentialÂ to the reception flow.
Cue bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for special events.
Deliver final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals.
Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event.
Provide wedding day emergency kit for the bride.
Individual Consultations may be added as needed to Wedding Day Service to fit each couple’s individual needs.
