Wedding Day Service includes:

A personal Wedding Day Coordinator.
A two-hour in-person consultation will be held to review your wedding details and contracts.
Availability to our wedding day coordinators for advice via telephone or email.
Creation of a wedding timeline, detailed checklists, and contact sheets.
Walk through the reception site with the coordinator, venue representative, and bride and groom.
Confirm details with each vendor or service provider the week of the wedding.
Coordinate or assist in ceremony rehearsal.

Ceremony

Organize and set up the ceremony.
Distribute flowers to the bridal party.
Line-Up bridal party and family for professional.
Cue and orchestrate wedding professionals for the ceremony.
Organization of recessional and receiving line.

Reception

Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception.
Assist with the appropriate timing of various elements essential to the reception flow.
Cue the bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for entrance, pictures, toasts, and dances.
Deliver final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals.
Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event.
Provide an emergency bridal kit for the bride for the wedding day.
Individual Consultations may be added to the Wedding Day Service to fit each couple’s needs.
Wedding Day Services include travel time to meetings, rehearsal, and ceremony within one hour of Chicago. Fees for travel beyond that distance depend on distance and planning package.
